It was not due to a duplicate issue, but you were correct on the AB.
Basically the email address has to be clean.

I was trying to put to much info into CSV file from database dump. I was
putting addition info in the email address such as:

"Attn: xxx <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"
 ^^^^^^^^^ ^                             ^

The additional info &/or brackets would mess up the mass mail. Once
email address is clean things worked fine.
