There are a range of services offered by spamcop (see www.spamcop.net for
details).  There is a free no frills reportting service which just allows you to
report spam.  If you like it enough, and wish to support it, there is a paid
reporting service which gives you presidence over non-paid users.  Spamcop also
offers other services such as mail addresses which come pre-filtered for you. 
Take a look at the website, and see what the author offers.
