I had this problem some time back. I don't recall whether it just went away or if I did something to fix it. I would get a postage stamp size print of the whole page, or I would get just the top corner of the message in huge font. I'd print again and get just what I wanted. There might be something in the archives about it, either in tbudl or perhaps in tbbeta. I'm sorry I can't be more specific.
