Under Account/Sorting Office-Filters, you would create a new filter in
the appropriate place, e.g., 'read' and 'outgoing'. (If you're unsure
about this, ask.) Then, under the 'Action' tab, check and complete the
section 'Export message to file.'

(You could also set up this filter to delete the message automatically
from TB!, or set up another filter to delete the messages manually
whenever you trigger it.)
