Could the messages have triggered another filter first?

You can do this right now, click on the little address book at the
left of the To: box.

You could try the alternatives tab in the filter to add the other
expressions.

Your signature delimiter lacks something. It ought to be
dash,dash,space,enter and yours is messed up in the space part.
