Not to you specifically :) ,

If the colour group is being applied to messages that are being
filtered to a single folder then one may as well just set the target
folder right there. However, if the colour group is being applied to
messages that are filtered to separate folders then it would be far
better to do as Marcus suggested, i.e., create a single filter that
catches all these messages and apply the colour group. Enable
'continue processing with other filters' and allow the other filters
to move the messages to their respective folders. Of course the
colour groups filter would have to be above the filters that
actually move the messages to their respective target folders.
