I don't think I can find any information in the MS help files about it
storing information about your user details in their documents either,
and I'm not just talking about the stuff you can change.  Each
document you create gets tagged with a unique identifier made up
partially from the MAC address of a network card if you have one. ;)

Again I point to my example, even if TB! didn't replace those headers,
the received details would be completely wrong, clearly pointing that
somebody had indeed intercepted, and forwarded/redirected the mail.
