It seems to me that the folder template is working, but then TB looks
at it again and realizes that it's a reply-all instead of just a
reply, so I *must* have wanted to include the original CC line. This
is post-template processing, so there doesn't seem to be much I can do
about it.

<sigh> Since I'm processing the To: line in the folder macro for a
normal reply, by the time I can get to running a QT the original
header info is gone.
