I'm guessing the command, You guessed right. > you have to have the thread collapsed for it to work I believe... No. You don't have to. I make a regular use of that function and it works with collapsed and expanded threads as well as it does with <Ctrl>+<Shift>+M :-) My 5th mouse button is set to emulate '<Ctrl>+M' to quickly mark messages read, to ignore a whole thread I simply press <Shift> additionally while using the mouse and it's the same effect as using only keyboard :-) Careen: What shortcut do you see when using context menu on a message? I mean: following <[EMAIL PROTECTED]">mid:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> you found the function, what shortcuts are shown in exactly this menu? If none: Have you tried <Alt>+<F12> and setting a shortcut for: 'Message List Pop-Up' / 'Thread' / 'Mark as Read' ??? -- Regards Peter Palmreuther (The Bat! v1.62/Beta4 on Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 1) John Bobbitt finds employment as trucker after getting new Peterbilt. ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
