That's a matter of personal taste.

I'm using Grisoft's AVG, it has a nice plug-in for TB and also for my
mailserver, is easy to maintain over the LAN and till nbow caught
everything that was thrown at it.

The way Norton scans the mail with a pop3-proxy would be very
unproductive for my needs, but YMMV.
