My MUA believes 'The Bat! (v1.62/Beta5)' was used

on Tuesday, October 22, 2002 at 8:24:07 AM.

I see the same thing here, but I just open the message in the outbox
and pick the "Put the letter in Outbox" icon.  Now when I pick the
"Send queued mail" button, it goes.
