Hello all, Hope you can help. I have the trial version of TB! and am trying it out, hoping that it will meet my needs. If so I'll register it. So far so good, but I have one issue that I am struggling with:
All 4 members of my family use the PC, and all have email accounts with the same domain name, just different email names (e.g. [EMAIL PROTECTED], gillian@ webbit....., [EMAIL PROTECTED], and [EMAIL PROTECTED]). I have set up TB! so that there are 4 different user accounts, all password protected, so we can each log onto our own inboxes etc. However, as all of our email comes from the same POP3 server, at the same time (no matter which user downloads it), it needs to be sorted into the repective Inboxes for each user. So my question is - what's the best way of doing this? Is it by using filters, and if so, is anyone else doing this, who could give me an example of their filters? Presumably the filters would need to be added to each user so that it makes no difference who downloads the email. Any help or suggtestions would be appreciated.
