They appear wrapped when you view them. when you reply, of course the
message is shwon as originally sent, but you can try and use
%Wrapped="%Quotes" instead of %Quotes in your reply template. It works
only on the first paragraph, though.

So don't. That's how I handle such situations whenever possible. It's
worse when business partners send one very long line instead of
wrapped messages - those you cannot ignore.
