Good night Gerard, It was foretold that on 9-11-2002 @ 19:48:09 GMT+0100 (which was 19:48:09 where I live) Gerard would mumble: <snipped a bit> G> The first filter that looks for "test" in the subject should only G> flag the email and leave it in the inbox. The second filter should G> copy the msg to folder test when the word "hallo" is in the text.
Here's another try Gerard lol: first filter looks for "test" in the subject, leaves it in the "inbox" and flags it. Second filter looks for "hallo" in the body, leaves it in the "inbox" but unflagged and copies it to the folder "test". BeginFilter Name: test Active: 1 Source: \\Luc\Inbox Target: \\Luc\Inbox CopyFolder: \\\\none MainSet: 20test Actions: faFlag AddGroups: DelGroups: ForwardTemplate: ConfirmTemplate: ReplyTemplate: FwdAddr: RedirectAddr: NewAddr: NewTemplate: ExtCmd: ExtFile: ExtractDir: ColourGroup: <default> AddAddrItems: afiFrom, DelAddrItems: afiFrom, HotKey: 0 IsOfColour: <default> SizeBigger: 0 SizeSmaller: 0 AgeOlder: 0 AgeNewer: 0 InAddrPos: 0 OutAddrPos: 0 InAddrGroups: NoAddrGroups: KillFile: KillMethod: 0 SaveTemplate: SndFile: SysSound: 0 SoundTime: 0:00-0:00 AllowTime: 0:00-0:00 EndFilter BeginFilter Name: New test Active: 1 Source: \\Luc\Inbox Target: \\Luc\Inbox CopyFolder: \\Luc\test MainSet: 30hallo Actions: faCopyMsg,faoContinueProcessing, faoAdvNoFlagged AddGroups: DelGroups: ForwardTemplate: ConfirmTemplate: ReplyTemplate: FwdAddr: RedirectAddr: NewAddr: NewTemplate: ExtCmd: ExtFile: ExtractDir: ColourGroup: <default> AddAddrItems: afiFrom, DelAddrItems: afiFrom, HotKey: 0 IsOfColour: <default> SizeBigger: 0 SizeSmaller: 0 AgeOlder: 0 AgeNewer: 0 InAddrPos: 0 OutAddrPos: 0 InAddrGroups: NoAddrGroups: KillFile: KillMethod: 0 SaveTemplate: SndFile: SysSound: 0 SoundTime: 0:00-0:00 AllowTime: 0:00-0:00 EndFilter Although i'm still puzzled because you say "that it is a purchase request, if it is not I will flag it." On the other hand you say that the second filter trigger if "words in the text that indicate product that I sell. If that is the case AND it is a purchase request (not flagged)". So, if it's not a purchase request it must be flagged (first filter) but the second filter you say "a request (not flagged?)". Sorry if it takes so much time but i'm curious myself to see if the filters will work or not :-) -- Best regards, Luc ------------------------------------------- Powered by The Bat! version 1.62/Beta6 with Windows 2000 (build 2195), version 5.0 Service Pack 3 and using the best browser: Opera.
