In the main TB window, click the View menu, and than the Edit
Shortcuts entry.

A new window will appear with a list of every menu in the program -
you can assign a short cut to anything in the list.

Scroll down a bit till you come to Special, and click the plus sign,
scroll a bit further and click the plus sign next to Mailing Lists.

Here you will find all the options for a mailing list, double click
Post Message, and setup a short cut key - choose your own - I have
mine setup for CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+P.
