If I had had a a key shortcut for this address set up before I lost all my data in the crash of a faulty copy of TB! (missing preview pane, no back-up menu, on and on ... but I was totally new and thought the program was designed that way), I would have stayed out of this thread error when I got a clean copy of TB! finally installed last month. Senior moment had taken the word Silverstones out of my head. :) Had no tbudl address. Did not understand about "thread message id." So, waited for tbudl mail to arrive, changed the subject line, and sent my announcement that I was back, straight off to the List. Of course, about 3 people read it. One gentleman was kind enough to write to me privately and explain about how the threading worked and to help me with a number of other learning curve issues. Was much appreciated. This shortcut key is going to be my tbudl address insurance. (Of course, I could always save it on paper in the computer desk drawer. But typing into the tiny To field on new messages is hard on old eyes. Even though I told Desktop to give me a lighter background and more contrast, it's still hard to be accurate, manually. Thanks for explaining exactly what to do. -- Best regards, Mary ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
