I could not have made this assumption, so I didn't. What I said is
that there is a program that visually impaired people use, and you
might want to look into it. You know, you don't have to prove anything
about your eyesight before you download it. ;-)

I actually use all the original-size fonts in my messages list etc.

That has been addressed (and the current problem that you have to look
around in several different menus to change fonts has been
sufficiently ridiculed). I once posted a list here, showing which
fonts have to be changed in which menu. I'll search for it later, have
to hurry now.
