What CGI script are you using to send you the form data by email to
you? You are probably using FormMail.pl by Matthew M. Wright, which
probably is the most widely used. If you are, I'd suggest you use a
better one based on Matt's, you can find it on:

Anyway, whether you use Matt's or the one I suggest, you can easily
modify it so that the From: of the message you get if the Name and
e-mail address that has been entered when filling the form. I have
been doing this for a couple of years now.

Yes, you can also do this with RegExp macros in your reply template.
However, although I know it can be done, I can't tell you how because
I'm not that familiar with RegExp in TB. And also, I think it is a
better solution to make the changes in the FormMail script.
