  Two options... 1st is not so difficult... modify the CGI script to
  put in the email address as part of the headers.

  It's not a single macro you are after, but a combination of marcos
  and regexp (past my knowledge I'm afraid, but there are many here
  that could guide you). You would then need to use it in conjunction
  with a filter so that the filter responds to certain flags (ie
  headers, to, and from for example so as not to get an accidental
  mail), then run a QT (Quick Template), as part of the
  auto-responder, that has the regexp code in it to setup the headers
  (%TO that is), and you can then set the filter to send immediately.
