Two options... 1st is not so difficult... modify the CGI script to put in the email address as part of the headers. > I do get the users e-mail address but it is in the body of > the message. > Is there a macro that can scan the body of a message locate an > e-mail address on a *certain line* and then direct an instant reply > to that address? It's not a single macro you are after, but a combination of marcos and regexp (past my knowledge I'm afraid, but there are many here that could guide you). You would then need to use it in conjunction with a filter so that the filter responds to certain flags (ie headers, to, and from for example so as not to get an accidental mail), then run a QT (Quick Template), as part of the auto-responder, that has the regexp code in it to setup the headers (%TO that is), and you can then set the filter to send immediately. - -- Jonathan Angliss ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: 6.5.8ckt iQA/AwUBPfDucCuD6BT4/R9zEQKIzQCaA+WrSdpwqnJ0srsPXskt+ONXYDEAoLB4 p2AKb0Goh8+GUbmRnuclylHl =mtz9 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
