Amazing! Without this list it probably would have took me a while to figure this out but ZoneAlarm Pro does seem to be the bad guy behind The Bat! *freezing* my system. On my notebook for the first time The Bat! froze and when I saw that this morning I got so burnt but I tried launching the task manager... Unlike my desktop it launched on my notebook and I quickly killed ZoneAlarm. The whole system came back on line. Now instead of killing ZoneAlarm and knocking it out of the equation I will tweak it like Gerard said (kill ZAP mail features), Sorry bud I did it for my desktop but held doing it to the notebook to balance how best to find the problem.
