Who do I have to sleep with at ritlabs to get any semblance of
customer service? <g>

Was (and still am, I presume) registered since 1.41.

Due to a major crash on my old Windoze 98 laptop, I downloaded from the
web site, and re-installed on a new XP laptop.

I e-mailed ritlabs twice over one month ago for my new registration
code (which now seems to be three lines instead of one).

I also filled out the form on the web site 2 weeks ago.

No reply to date, and the trial of the downloaded version is fast
expiring.

What do I have to do to get my code?

Does ritlabs provide ~any~ customer service at all, or is Bat! now dead in
the water?
