Greetings John, On Saturday, December 21, 2002, 2:32:47 PM, you wrote: JP> I e-mailed ritlabs twice over one month ago for my new registration JP> code (which now seems to be three lines instead of one). Hmmmm. I ran The_Bat! (Registered) prior to the 1.4x releases and my registration codes were always 3 lines with the 1st two being generated at Rit's end based on the 3rd which was supplied by me to Ritlab's at registration. I may stand corrected here but I don't ever remember receiving a 1 line registration. Directly from Ritlab's site " Important Note: When filling in the Registration Form, you are prompted for a "Registration Password". The registration Password is used to protect your Registration Code (key) from being stolen and used illegally. Please make sure you remember your password. We do not keep it in our database for security reasons, so forgotten passwords cannot be recovered any other way than by regenerating the key with a new password. The fee for the key regeneration procedure is $3." Again, I may be wrong in my statements contained within my 1st paragraph however if my memory serves me right, and having run The_Bat! starting in versions 1.3x, I never needed to upgrade my reg codes from 1 line to 3. I just hope you didn't forget your furnished registration password as, even if Ritlabs furnishes you the 2 key lines, without the 3rd, it becomes a show stopper. Good luck with your situation and I hope that you and Ritlabs work out a solution and it takes no more than 3 dollars out of your wallet. - -- Regards, DG Raftery Sr. If your computer says, "Printer out of Paper," this problem cannot be resolved by continuously clicking the "OK" button. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: PGP for Business Security 6.0 iQA/AwUBPgXJSDaPwvRMcz9cEQIYsgCfRFs/NfuPYQFxKdXL55UwDkbZD20AoNhC 3xoQplSWjX7lclqOow9dH1KM =XR3Q -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.62 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
