Hello Roelof,

>>> %FROM="%FROMNAME <%OTOADDR>"Hello %OFromFName,

JA>> What happens if you are in the CC field? Wouldn't that macro
JA>> then break? Or technically not break, but put in the wrong
JA>>   values?

RO> Yep. It would place the original first recipient in the From-header.
RO> Also when you're in the To-header, but not as first addressee, the
RO> macro won't produce the wanted results.

I am not that sharp with macros and personally I do not
accept mail that is not explicitly addressed to me. Mail
which does not have me and me alone in the to: field gets
put into a suspect folder. I am aware of replying to
messages within that folder.

The above macro at least works for me 99% of the time :) The
macro is better than none because otherwise without one it would
be tedious to change the from address all the time ;)

I am though of course open to a macro which is better at
figuring out, bcc and cc if possible :)
