Hello Roelof et all, Re Q1: I believe I haven't provided an clear description. I can login, the pswd isn't the issue. However once in (as a user) I cannot add a new user or modify an existing one. I believe there should be something like Options, Network... but that choice is not visible.
Re Q2: I understand what you're doing for incoming mail handling. Is there a way to set Name and Address for outgoing mail based on the incoming address or Folder? Thanks. If that doesn't help, try to create a new user, with the address and settings of user1. After you've done that close TB. Copy the file account.cfg from the directory of your new account to the directory of your user1 account. Is a different user for each address the EF> best practice or can you suggest a better method? I've got one account with multiple addresses, though I collect them from a pop3 box and not IMAP. I use one folder for each address. You can set the address with the folder-properties (identity tab), that suffices for me. With filters I direct everything to the correct folders.
