Hello ~John,

  I run Linux at home, and Kmail comes with a nice, official-looking
  Bounce feature...looking at that, I don't see why one couldn't
  create a special Reply rule with TB! whereas if an offending email
  arrives, a "bounce" message could be sent as a reply.  However, that
  said, it would have to be manually sent (obviously).  That said, I
  haven't tried it with TB!, but I think it's certainly within it's
  ability.
