It isn't that hardly anybody use it... it's that it doesn't work
right. TB! v1.6 treats the IMAP protocol like a POP protocol. This is
being worked on apparently.

I don't think you'll find TB is moving the mail around on the server,
it is downloading a copy onto the local computer, and applying the
filter, and moving it about there.
