Well, from the PoV of an outsider-but-Internet-familliar, its much like
antangoizing the fellow with a large caliber assault rifle pointed at your
head. Even should he have the very BEST of intentions, too much annoyance and
he can do irrevocable harm to you without much in the way of recourse. This
leaves aside the issue of just being polite to the folks who are volunteering
their time and effort for your benefit and little if any gain, of course ...
