This is not a matter of filtering but of using an AV suite with a TB
plug-in available:

AVG: http://www.grisoft.com/html/us_avgbat.htm
Dr Web 4.28: http://www.dials.ru/english/inf/thebat.htm
Dr Web 4.29: http://www.dials.ru/english/inf/news.php?id=65

And these:

ftp://www.ritlabs.com/pub/the_bat/bav/SophosNT.BAV
ftp://www.ritlabs.com/pub/the_bat/bav/Sophos95.BAV
ftp://www.ritlabs.com/pub/the_bat/bav/Panda.BAV
ftp://www.ritlabs.com/pub/the_bat/bav/Nod32.BAV
ftp://www.ritlabs.com/pub/the_bat/bav/BitDefSt.BAV
ftp://www.ritlabs.com/pub/the_bat/bav/AntiVirNT.BAV
ftp://www.ritlabs.com/pub/the_bat/bav/AntiVir95.BAV

If you are running one of these AV programs, download and install
the plug in then use the TB options to add the BAV into the TB
interface and set the configuration options to scan incoming mails
for infections.
