Dear Friends!! Kindly help me regarding archiving of my mails. Nature of my work requires me to take daily backup of my mails & the backup is now of size 340 MBs . Please let me know is there any feature available which enables me to take an archive of of my mails up to certain date & free my mailbox from those mails. If so then also please suggest how can I then retrieve my archive of mails over & above my current mails at any point of time.
