Your problem does not lie with Spamcop, it lies with your ISP...
Mindspring.

I am the [EMAIL PROTECTED] and have had numerous dealings with Spamcop.
Their RBL clearly states that is is not for Enterprise and mission
critical applications, but lame ISPs continue to use it, in spite its
being a beta version.

At http://spamcop.net/bl.shtml it says:

------------------------------------
"This blocking list is somewhat experimental and should not be used in
a production environment where legitimate email must be delivered. It
is growing more stable and is used by many large sites now. However,
SpamCop is aggressive and often errs on the side of blocking mail -
users should be warned and given information about how their mail is
filtered. Ideally they should have a choice of filtering options. Many
mailservers can operate with blacklists in a "tag only" mode, which is
preferable in many situations.

The description of the algorithm used for deciding whether to block a
host may be out of date, and is subject to change without notice.

There is no warranty associated with using this system. It is provided
as is."
-----------------------------

I have had numerous problems with Mindspring blocking my mail as well,
over the years, from most of my various addys. Mindspring has even
blocked email from eBay, with some of my trading partners.
