My ISP just this weekend contracted its Internet Access and e-mail
services to another server company. One of the settings I had to
change was Account/Properties/Transport/SMTP--Authentication
button/Perform SMTP Authentication (RFC 2554)/Use settings of Mail
Retrieval.

It's my understanding that TB! complies with RFC Standards in all
respects. But you may have to get help with the specific settings you
need. I couldn't even send out to friends who use aol.com until I
changed the Authentication setting. I got an error message that said,
"domain not on list of allowed Recipient Hosts."
