Hi folks, My mother keeps having problems with Outlook express and I frequently end up telling her how things should work, if you take the MS veneer off.
So I was delighted to come across a book while out shopping the other day, entitle "Al about Email" or something like it. I think it was an "Usborne" series book. I flicked through it and it seemed reasonable until I got to the bit about "bold and coloured text". Such a shame after quite a nice historical intro.
