Define a special reply template in the address book entry for that
company. If this applies to one recipient, just change their entry.
If it's every address in a company, put them in a special address
book group and give that group this special reply template.

In the reply template itself, you are boss. You can make it remove
any amount of signature you want or not.

To do this:

  NEW MESSAGE

  Original Message Follows.
  ---------------------

  ORIGINAL MESSAGE

All you need is:

- -------8<----------------------------------------
Dear %tofname,

%cursor

  Original Message Follows.
  ---------------------

From: "%OFROMNAME" <%OFROMADDR>
%TEXT
- -------8<----------------------------------------

Or less...
