This sounds weird enough to be reported to Stefan. However, you are
using v1.61, and the current version is 1.62o (with 1.62p promised for
today). Try it with the latest version, and if this weirdness still
exists, report it to Ritlab's bugtracker. Not exactly a show-stopper,
but rather a "look into this when you have time, would you?" kind of
bug.
