This would happen to me when I manually filter a folder containing
Parked messages. The filter matches parked messages and move them to a
new location. Since the parked message cannot be moved, a copy of the
parked message is created in the other location. With each running of
the filter, a new copy is created.

It is to me as well.

This is very possible. Though TB! normally doesn't create duplicates
when it detects that there are already identical entries present.
