Using The Bat! v1.62i on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 A significant amount of spam is getting past my anti-spam service and the filters in TB Sorting Office. The spam has these characteristics: 1. HTML format 2. Addressed to me (i.e. my address is in the To: field) 3. In the HTML source, the content is broken up by HTML comments. Presumably to get around keyword filters.
If I can find some way of detecting the opening HTML comments (less-than exclamation-mark dash dash), I can use spammy's ploy to get around keyword filters to dump the spam. However, TB seems to ignore these characters when testing the Text against an entered string. Is there a way to detect the HTML comments in a Sorting Office filter?
