Be careful, he might complain at your ISP... I've had problems with this a few times, and I once almost lost my account because I wrote a bit heated message to a guy who was spamming a mailing list.
Unlikely. He was spamming the list and I doubt that his email provider would approve. As you can see, the domain grouppac.com is just a virtual domain on cp.net's mail server.
For those in the US, cp.net has a toll-free number 877.441.PATH .
I nearly called them myself to complain.
