I had exactly the same situation - new computer, going from Win98 to
Win2K. I simply installed TB, using the original file that I'd
downloaded, backed up the data from the old pc & restored it to the new
one. When you restore everything, it will bring over most info,
including all your filters & even your registration info. You do lose
one or two things, such as the order of your accounts in the account
pane, but that's a minor thing to re-sort :-)

The Backup & Restore can be found on the Tools menu btw.
