Hello TBUDL,

I have been using a commercial ISP for dial-up these past days, and it
is much faster than my (free) university dial-up, which seemed to have
problems (but I have just been told they only changed to modem access
number and forgot to inform the users).

Anyway, due to this fast access, mails are downloaded faster. When
these mails are the responses from spamcop, then the "second spamcop
filter" will kick in, an external file will be created, which will
open IE on the appropriate page on Spamcop's webiste.

When these mails came in quickly, one after the other, the filter
tries to create a file spamcop.bat while that file still exists and is
in use, following the previous filter instruction. I get an Access
Violation is the DOS window for a moment. I have also seen that the
same web page is opened twice, caused an error message from Spamcops
(this spam has already been reported), and I assume that another spam
did not get reported.

So, what to do? Is there a way to make TB wait for the execution of a
filter until the previous "run external program" command has been
successfuly terminated, or does anybody see another way how to deal
with this? - Thanks.
