Sometimes things are buried deep in the menus. Open Sorting Office,
choose the Actions tab, and scroll down. The options on the actions
tab are:
Mark as read
Flag ...
Set priority ...
Set colour ...
Park
Delete
Delete from server
Print (last one visible on my machine without scrolling)
Add addresses
Delete Addresses
Sent auto-reply
CREATE READING CONFIRMATION (FORCED)
Forward to
... and a whole bunch of actions that I didn't know were there.
