No, there isn't. The defaults are hard-coded.

Yes, that's possible. Check out Folder / Properties / Template. You
can add "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" to that template and it will do
exactly what you require.

I love folder templates. Every time you are in the TBUDL folder and
create a message, it will be sent to TBUDL. Sometimes you are unaware
of which folder you are in, so the message that you wanted to send
your your brother or your lover will reach the list. You say it won't
happen to you, but believe me, we have had a lot of fun with this.
Unfortunately, people have now wisened up and don't use folder
templates any more.

AB templates are much safer. I create a new message, type TBU in the
TO field, and the address will be autocompleted to TBUDL. That's why I
have not (yet?) sent any private communication to this list. ;-)
