Thanks for the snippet from your template, I'm slightly aware of regular expressions as I use some in other programs. One thing that caught my attention is for some reason my mail has -0400 in the header instead of -0500, as indicated by your template. I'm unaware of any way to adjust this aside from the time zone setting in windows..
