That's a PGP/MIME signature. I decided to use them on this list even though this signature type isn't supported by the current full release version. Why? This signature type makes the message body text cleaner since there's no signature text present to clutter the message. It's all hidden in the headers. I also know how it's been trying to justify to members why the cluttering is warranted in the case of my signing messages to this list. PGP/MIME is therefore a godsend.
