I archive my mailing lists using a manual filter that moves old messages to an archive folder, which is located on another drive. Dare I say, it's a bit like Outlook archive settings except I cannot automate the method. Perhaps, some day scheduler could be used to automatically run filters? My archive is separate from the main message base because I like to keep my C:\ drive small enough to fit on 3 CD/Rs. The archive folders are available from TB! too - I find it much better at managing my archive that Mailbag Assistant.
