Right. I just tried it. It is much more convenient than firing up vim
every time I come across a new cookie.

I see no reason to delete the tab.

The name of the file is identical with the name of the tab. Default
location is "...\The Bat!\Mail", but if you navigate and open a file
in another directory, I cannot find a way to make that directory
visible, either.
