Responding before I even see my own post. Odd. The installer went off without any errors. I went back and opened the executable with WinRAR to check the executable size and date. It was different than the one in my TB folder. So, I extracted the thebat.exe by itself and got the error that thebat was already running (I checked task manager, and it did indeed show TB as running). I killed off the process, and extracted the executable, and it works fine now. Odd. -- Leif (TB list moderator and fellow end user).
