No, it turned out that even though I closed TB and it disappeared from the systray, it was still running (Task Manager). The installer didn't give me an error saying that TB was running for some reason. After I killed it off in Task Manager, I extracted just the executable, and it worked fine, then I closed TB and ran the installer and it installed everything fine this time. It was probably just weirdness on my machine as I have been using Standby on the laptop for the previous week.
