This is an inline signature that you can get by typing <ctrl>+<shift>+S
(or menu Privacy -- OpenPGP -- Sign entire text).

This one is achieved by selecting the option "Sign when complete" - I'm
not sure how this kind of sig is called.

You can standardize the second kind with %USEPGP%SIGNCOMPLETE in your
