The latter are done with PGP/MIME whereas the previous are not. PGP/MIME is not unique to the list, but it will not work with TB <1.63 or dysfunctional pieces of software (i.e. Outlook). -- Urban The skeleton is what is left after the insides have been taken out and the outsides have ben taken off.
