Yes, as a user of PINS I can say that it is very good. I've been using
it  for  quite some time now. Apart from the usual features, including
password  generation,  and  expiry reminders, PINS also enables you to
set  up  quick  macros  related to web logins/forms that are activated
using  global  hotkeys.  I find this very useful indeed. And of course
the  program  doesn't  need  to be installed, so can be stored and run
from on a removable device, like a CF card, and then carried away with
you when you walk away from your computer. Small and very useful...and
free.
